This is a super easy macrame wall hanging tutorial, which is perfect for the absolute beginner. You will guided step-by-step through the process to create this piece. By the end of this tutorial you will be able to create this beautiful piece.

The materials you require before you get started are:

  • 40 cm dowel

  • 4mm or 5mm macrame cord cut into 24 lengths, each length to be 2 meters long.

I would suggest watching the video through before you start knotting. When you are ready to macrame watch the tutorial again, following along while you macrame. Pause the video, as required, to complete each step before moving on to the next step.
